About Me

My name is Joe Waugh and I live in Indian Trail, NC. My passion for real estate was cultivated through my own many moving experiences along with buying, managing and selling rental properties. My family and I have moved several times between Connecticut, Massachusetts and North Carolina. Through these relocations and my experiences as a real estate investor, I learned what it takes to make the process of buying and selling a house go smoothly. I also gained a great appreciation for the emotional toll it can take on you.

My goal is to make your transaction as easy as possible by keeping you informed throughout the entire process and being available to you whenever needed. Whether it’s finding your very first home, discovering your dream house, looking for the perfect investment property or a rental to call home, I will be there every step of the way to educate, inform and exceed your expectations.

Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina
